GENERAL INFORMATION AND TOUR CONDITIONS - (subject to change) Tour For: African Literacy Art & Development Tour
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Economy jet via South African Airlines or any other carrier utilizing the advance purchase group airfare. Minimum number of passengers required 20 for the applicable fare. Subject to the prevailing airline regulations in case of cancellation. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Based on sharing a twin bedded room with private bath or shower in first class and deluxe hotels as listed or similar. SINGLE ROOMS: Will be reserved if available at a supplement of $ 1,500.00 per person. MEALS: Breakfast daily plus 17 lunches and 15 dinners where indicated in the itinerary. TIPS AND TAXES: All local taxes and service charges are included on land transportation and hotels. Gratuities to guides are not included. Airport taxes and security charges both foreign and domestic are not included. SIGHTSEEING: By deluxe motor coach and 4 wheel drive land rover while on safari, with the services of a local, government licensed, English speaking guide. Admission fees are included. BAGGAGE: Baggage allowances in accordance with airline regulations. Strictly one checked bag and one carry-on per person. TRANSFERS AND PORTERAGE: Transfers between Airports, hotels and piers are included together with the porterage of not more than one piece of baggage per person. NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE: Passport and visa fees, beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, gratuities, telephone calls, laundry, room service, valet and all other items of a purely personal nature. DOCUMENTATION: All passengers must be in possession of a valid passport. Visas Required: Ghana. TOUR PRICE: Unless otherwise noted, all prices are net and are based on tariff and exchange rates in effect on the date of this document. Major changes will be passed on. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY: LAND ARRANGEMENTS INCLUDING SURFACE TRANSPORTATION: Custom Tours International Inc, operates the land tours in this program only as agents of the railroads, car rental agencies, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators and others which provide the actual services and are not liable for any omission, delay, injury, loss or damage, or any non-performance occurring in connection with these land arrangements. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS UPON ACCEPTANCE: If these rates and conditions are acceptable, please sign in the space provided and return a copy of this form along with your deposit check in the amount of $1,000.00 per person. CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered upon receipt of your deposit and completed reservation form.
